CI/CD pipelines
Jenkins to GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
- Pipelines as code, reviewed like any other change
- Reusable templates instead of copy-pasted jobs
- No build server to patch and babysit
Ageing Jenkins servers, hand-built machines and configuration tools nobody wants to touch slow every release and make each change risky. KloudCare moves your environment to modern, automated tooling in safe stages, without stopping your releases, and hands it over with documentation your team can use.
Jenkins to GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
Puppet or Chef to Ansible.
Packer or manual builds to EC2 Image Builder.
Console-built AWS to code and managed services.
From a large modernisation programme led by our founder before KloudCare. Details are kept anonymous.
A read-only review of your current tooling, pipelines, servers and versions.
A staged migration plan with priorities, risks and a rollback for each step.
Old and new run side by side; each stage is tested outside production first.
Documentation, a walkthrough and decommissioning of the old tooling.
Every modernisation project is fixed price, confirmed after a free 30-minute consultation, once we understand your current setup.
CI/CD, configuration management, machine images, infrastructure as code, containers and version upgrades, delivered in stages.
Not sure where to start? An AWS Health Check (from £395) maps what to modernise first. Smaller pipeline or Terraform job? See AWS DevOps consulting (from £750).
KloudCare is led by Abrar Aslam, an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer and Solutions Architect at Professional level, who led a large-scale modernisation from Jenkins, Puppet and Packer to GitLab CI/CD, Ansible and EC2 Image Builder (verify certifications on Credly).
You work directly with the engineer, from the first conversation to the handover.
Yes. We run the old and new tooling side by side and move pipelines, roles and images in stages, so releases keep going throughout. Each stage is tested outside production first and has a rollback plan.
No. GitLab CI/CD is one option. We also migrate to GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline, or modernise Jenkins itself if that suits your team better. We recommend based on what you already use and pay for.
Ansible is agentless, uses plain YAML and is easier for most teams to read and maintain, so there is no Puppet server or agents to run. We convert existing manifests into tested Ansible roles and playbooks rather than starting from scratch.
EC2 Image Builder is a managed AWS service that builds, tests and distributes images on a schedule, so patched images are produced automatically without a build server to maintain. Packer still suits some multi-cloud setups, and we advise which fits.
Every project is fixed price, agreed after a free consultation once we understand your current setup. If you want an overview of your environment first, the AWS Health Check starts from £395.
