AWS DevOps Consulting · UK

AWS DevOps consulting that makes releases boring again.

KloudCare helps UK businesses build and fix the plumbing behind their AWS applications: Terraform infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and ECS or EKS container platforms. Fixed-price projects, tested outside production, and handed over with documentation your team can use.

What we help with

DevOps is about making changes to your AWS environment safe, repeatable and fast. We focus on four areas, and most projects touch more than one.

Infrastructure as Code with Terraform

Your AWS environment defined in code, reviewed like code and deployed the same way every time.

  • New Terraform for existing, hand-built infrastructure
  • Reusable modules and consistent dev, staging and production environments
  • Remote state, locking and safe plan-and-apply workflows

CI/CD pipelines

Automated build, test and deployment so releases stop depending on one person's laptop.

  • Pipelines for applications and for infrastructure changes
  • Promotion between environments, with approvals where they matter
  • Fixing slow, flaky or broken pipelines

Containers on ECS and EKS

Container platforms that are right-sized, observable and straightforward to operate.

  • Moving services onto Amazon ECS or EKS, including Fargate
  • Networking, load balancing, scaling and deployment strategies
  • Troubleshooting failing tasks, pods and deployments

Secure, observable operations

The guard rails that let a small team change things with confidence.

  • Least-privilege IAM for pipelines, with no long-term keys in CI
  • Secrets kept out of source control
  • CloudWatch logging, metrics and alarms that someone actually sees

Problems we are often asked to fix

  • Infrastructure built by hand in the console, with nobody sure how to rebuild it
  • Deployments that need one specific engineer and a checklist
  • Terraform that has drifted from what is really running
  • Pipelines that take too long or fail for no clear reason
  • Staging that behaves differently from production
  • Access keys or passwords stored in repositories or pipeline settings
  • Containers that keep restarting, or cost more than they should
  • No alerts until a customer reports the problem

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing Terraform and pipelines?

Yes. Most projects start from what you already have. We review the current code and pipelines, fix what is fragile and improve them step by step, rather than rewriting everything.

Which CI/CD tools do you work with?

GitLab CI/CD is our main toolset, and we work with the pipeline tool your team already uses where it fits the job. We recommend changing tools only when there is a clear benefit.

Do you need admin access to our AWS account?

No. We never ask for root credentials or long-term access keys. Reviews use a read-only IAM role you create, and changes use a separate, time-limited role scoped to the agreed work, which you can remove at any time. How access works.

How is the work priced?

Defined projects are fixed price, starting from £750, and we confirm the scope before work starts. Ongoing DevOps help is available through Monthly AWS Support, from £750 a month.

Do you work with businesses outside London?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses across the UK, and with clients worldwide.
